Since its inception, At Your Request has been innovative in adopting the latest cleaning techniques, equipment and products. As a result our standard range of equipment and products incorporate environmentally friendly high-performance cleaning chemicals, tools and techniques. But we have not stopped there and continue to work with leading suppliers to ensure that we keep on top of all new developments and provide you with the best and most cost effective service.
But that's not all! As we tailor your cleaning programme to your particular requirements, we'll advise you of the benefits(and drawbacks) of certain cleaning products. This is a continual process and our customer care representatives will review your requirements regularly to ensure that you are getting the best and greenest clean you expect from us.
Not only is the eco clean good for the environment - we're also concerned about the health and safety of you, your family, your staff, and our cleaners.
About our environmentally responsible products
As part of our standard a range pf cleaning products we have been using citrus based cleaners manufactured right here in New Zealand. These have been rigorously tested in independent laboratories and are approved by the NZ Food Safety Authority.
 The power of Citrus Cleaners
At Your Request has been using two main environmentally friendly cleaning products: Orange Squirt and Zest. Both are based on over 40 different substances extracted from waste orange peel, pip and pulp as well as fresh juices.
These products combine the:

magical deodorising effect of limes, |

natural properties of malt, castor oil and coconut or palm oil soaps and detergents; and |

power of sugar alcohols, |
|
incredible solvent degreasing effect of D-Limonene (a solvent extracted from orange oil) |
|
to give a product purity, biodegradability and performance that cannot be synthesized or matched by petroleum products. |
We use Orange Squirt for most surfaces and Zest in the washrooms, floors and more dirty areas. As there arel no perfumes added to these products we use an environmental friendly citrus based fragrance to give that fresh clean smell.
All this comes as standard with all At Your Request cleans.
Introducing the Earth Sense range of Green Seal Certified Products
We have not stopped there! We recognise that every customers is different and some may have unique requirements such as hospitals and doctors surgeries. So we have also introduced the Earth Sense range of eco-friendly products. These high performance synthetic products come with the Green Seal certification standard which provides science-based environmental certification that are credible, transparent, and essential in an increasingly educated and competitive marketplace.
